Cancellation Policy Notice:

To accommodate the high demand for our salon services and to honor our commitment to both service providers and clients, we uphold a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a minimum charge of 50% of the scheduled service total will be applied to your card. If you do not have a card on file and did not pay a deposit online, any applicable charges will be added to your client account and billed during your next visit.

Cancellations on the same day as the scheduled appointment or no-shows will incur a 100% charge on the provided card or to your client account.

We recognize that unexpected circumstances may arise, and if you find yourself unable to attend an appointment due to extenuating circumstances resulting in a fee, please reach out to mmeler@headmasterstx.com.

For all services booked online, we require clients to securely place a deposit of 50% signifying agreement to the policy.

Reservation Policy

To secure any appointment at Headmaster's Salon, we suggest maintaining a securely stored credit card on file. Failure to adhere to our cancellation policy may result in charges to the credit card on file. If you opt not to provide a credit card, any applicable charges will be added to your client account and billed during your next visit.

Appointment Arrival Time Policy:

To ensure the smooth flow of our back-to-back schedules, it is crucial that you arrive at or before your scheduled start time. Non-compliance with this policy may lead to adjustments in your scheduled appointment. If lateness prevents the completion of any part of your service, rescheduling may be necessary, and you may be marked as a 'no show.' Additional charges may apply.
